Data Deletion and Privacy Requests

Before You Submit

• Select the game and platform involved.
• Provide the player ID, platform user ID, or other identifier visible in the game where available.
• Use the email address associated with the request where applicable.
• Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, identity documents, or authentication tokens unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
• We may request limited additional information to verify that you control the relevant account or profile.

What Happens After a Deletion Request

After verification, we will delete or de-identify data associated with the relevant Deepwaves account or game profile unless retention is legally required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal claims.

Deleting a Deepwaves game profile does not delete your Apple, Google, TikTok, or other platform account.
